What can I say other than that Craig and his team (shoutout to Tara!) are absolutely the best in what they do! Throughout the entire process, they helped us every step of the way in making sure that we had everything they needed in order to offer us the fairest rate possible in addition to ensuring we would have a smooth closing. I would highly recommend using his team for your upcoming purchase of real estate compared to big name lenders. We shopped around and what you don’t get from the bigger names is the due diligence in educating you of your options and finding the best one for you and your budget (plus the bigger named lenders had higher rates!). With that said, when you’re looking for a personal touch with quality service at the right price, this is the guy you want to go to!
