Used Bond Street in 2017 for my original home mortgage and like before, had quick and reliable service from Bond Street. Craig and his team were super quick to respond to all my questions and between email and their online portal, was able to submit all needed information quick. His team would respond to emails within minutes and Craig himself was there on his cell phone when needed, through calling and txts. Costs were similar to other banks and services I looked into as well.
