Angelo and his team, especially his Client Service Manager Jessica, have been extremely professional, helpful, patient and thorough as we worked together. The handoff between them was seamless and I appreciated the care they took to be in touch with me via emails, phone calls, and even text messages throughout navigating this process. As a first time home buyer, I had a LOT of questions and doubts each step of the way, and they were able to answer all my concerns in clear and professional ways, while being able to anticipate my thought process with certain things. Once we began interacting more regularly with the seller's attorney and working through newer details, Angelo and Jessica remained on top of it all and helped facilitate the process to confirm information and get required documents. It was a pleasure to work with them and build a positive rapport. I would definitely work with them in the future and would certainly refer others, especially first time buyers, to engage with Angelo and his team at Bond Street.
