I wish I could give 10 stars for the level of service we received from Alex throughout our entire mortgage process. I could always reach Alex which is very different than my experience with other loan officers. He constantly anticipated what would be requested ahead of time so my processing literally flew by. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because Alex not only met but far exceeded my expectations. He walked me seamlessly through a refinance that I had been stalling on because I didn't think I had the time to deal with phone calls and putting together documents. I really didn't have to do anything - he did all the work for me! Such a pleasant and professional experience.
