My Wife and I bought our first home thanks to assistance of Michael and Bond Street team. This was our first purchase and Bond Street made what we were told to be a terrible process an amazing experience. Knowing it was our first time, Michael really took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process and all our options. Due to the crazy times and demand on houses Michael thought outside of the box and was able to get super creative allowing us to stand out against other buyers. Mike and his team at Bond St are true professionals in this business. We just closed on our first home with Michael as our mortgage broker – the best decision in this complex process (and market!), especially for the first-time buyer.
